Working with some of Hollywood’s directing giants: Taylor Hackford, Zack Snyder and McG, as well as playing opposite Helen Mirren, Love Ranch; Christian Bale, Terminator 4 Salvation and Jackie Chan, The Spy Next Door, Esodie’s career hit its’ stride after relocating to the Land of Enchantment, New Mexico.

Receiving a Manasseh Cutler Talent Scholarship, following her recognition from the New York State Theatre Education Association with the Award for Excellence in Theatre, she studied at Ohio University for 2 years learning the foundations of theatrical performance.  Spending more time rehearsing & less time in class, she was “gently” nudged by her mother to move home and finish her degree.  In 1996 she earned her BA in Theatre/ English from the State University of New York in Geneseo.
